new pcb, now boiler wont go past 60?

pcb failed in my BAXI 105e, had a new one fitted and now it won't heat rads above 60. Hot water is ok

its probably the ch pointiemeter not set correctly when the thermostat knob was fit in the pcb. just needs the pcb taking out and making sure the knob opens the pointiemeter on the pcb properly
