how can i fix my mp3 slit that you put your head phones?

when I put the head phones i nothing happens but if i push it to one sid it startes but the head phone hole that it goes into seams bigger then the head phone thing that goes in the mp3 and it isnt the head phones it is the mp3

mines done that too, ive taken mine apart and have found that my headphone port is loose.
i THINK the soldering is loose. ive searched the net for this problem and have found nothing other than this question.
