whats wrong with my clutch pedal? on 2001 ford galaxy 1.9?

the pedal went straight to the floor when i got into it this morning.last night it was fine.gears and clutch have been perfect and no other problems except that after new brake pads fitted that the pedal hasnt been as good.they have been bled numerous times finding nothing,and the galaxy isn't losing any fluid.any ideas !

hi guys ive got same problem with 56 plate gallaxy 130 bhp ex police had clutch rebiuld 6 months ago and today put clutch master cylinder on and still pedal moves down on own so not sure as yet what could be

sounds like air in system, has the clutch been bleed as it is hydraulic as well
