How can I disable the alarm on a Vauxhall Vectra, B class, 2000?

The key for the Vectra is very worn, sometimes it will open the doors but it is getting to the stage when I have to open the doors manually with the key. This sets the alarm off. Can anyone tell me if there is a fuse I can remove etc.
