I have a cassette caught halfway in the camcorder?

I have a JVC GR-D250U digital camera . It has a cassette stuck halfway in. it won't move now. How do I get it out. I have tried turning it off and on and still nothing. I don't want to force it either way.

the best way to get out the casette is to remove battery and put it back to reset power and try on and off again.
