Temper Lock Out?

Hi
I have an accenta 6 alarm system which has always worked fine and never been a problem.I had to switch off the mains to do some work, but since switching the power back,I keep on getting Temper lock out on the key pad. tried to reset it with engineers code as well as user code but no luck.I cannot set the system to arm!!
How do I get the Temper Lock Out sorted

You describe a TAMPER FAULT, not a service indicator. So there must still be a TAMPER.
Check with test equipment not by eye or guessing. Either that or pay someone. Any good company will be able to look after that panel.

I have tried to disconnect the temper wires from the main panel & looped the connections, as to have continues circuit but no success.Re-checked all the again all seems fine?

What "work" did you do?

I assume that by having to isolate the power supply ypu have removed the cover to the alarm panel. If that is the case I would say that the tamper switch in the panel is not being operated.
The tamper switch is usually depressed via a spring when re-instating the cover.
This can be proven by removing the cover and someone carefully depressing the tamper switch. You should here a soft click. Whilst the switch is depressed someone else can try to set/reset the system
Until the tamper issue is sorted the system will respond to any commands
