Veritas alarm not setting?

My veritas home alarm is flashing unset all the time, when i enter the 4 digit code and press full it will not set, it gives a continuous 10 bleeps and the alarm will not set? can anyone suggest resolution?

this panel bleeps to tell you what the fault is,one bleep,
circuit one,two bleeps,circuit two,etc

you have a faulty battery,or the mains has failed

Call your installer and ask for a service.
Sounds like the service timer has activated which prevents its use.
