fixing the pins on the front seats on a '52' reg fiesta?

I have a '52' reg ford fiesta finesse 3 door and am unable to pull my seats forward to get into the back as i think the pins have come away from the hook how do i fix it myself ?

Normaly it's the release handal that breaks. You need to fit a new handal and a set of new modified cables.
