My 2.4 GHz cordless AT&T E2125 handset was dropped in water. Everything seems to be working except the caller on the other line can't hear me speak. It rings, the caller ID works, I can dial out, and I can hear the person on the other line, but they can't hear me. Help?

Sounds as though the mic insert is either blocked with water or now naff.

Suggest a little light use of the hairdryer over the little hole where the mic s behind.

The mics have a piece of protective felt over them and thgis may well be waterlogged.
