I bought a used 2004 car that had this device itstalled. I am having trouble finding out who installed it and how to disable it. Does anyone have a good contact information on this company? I have been unsuccessful in finding anything on the internet. The device worked fine until 2 months ago, now the car randomly will not start, instead the engine turns over and over but doesn't catch. Tyr it several hours later and it starts right up. The starter, ignition switch, etc are good. 3 mechanics have been unable to locate any problems, they all think it is this device.

Change the starter relay to an original equipment part. The one you have now is modified with a chip that turns on and off with the remote. If you do this it will work. I would like to have your old relay and remote.
