my ravenheat csi 85t boiler, has an internal leak?

My ravenheat csi 85t boiler developed a leak from the condensing heat exchanger, at the pipe washer. This was visible when the boiler was switched off, causing the pressure to drop almost immediately.
Replaced the washer , now the boiler is performing, but as the heating or hot water is on the pressure will rise to 2.5 bar, and once the burner is off , a new leak is visible from the fan area the water is dripping down past the burner and through the space where the 2 grey wires are, I have to put a jar there to prevent the water touching the pcb.
Where can the water be coming from, as when you take of the cover you can only see water coming from under the fan area.
