Staiger Radio Controlled Clock runs continuously?

After replacing battery in clock, it runs continuously, Instructions say it should wait at 3, 7 or 11 o'clock for transmitter signal. This one just keeps racing round and round, and has done for 24 hours. Nomally no problem picking-up radio signal here. Have cleaned battery terminals. What else can I do?

I have exactly the same problem. it seems strange that you have had it at the same time
