Accenta G3 goes off when un-set?

Our Accenta G3 has gone off three times, always in the early hours of the morning, whilst being un-set. The panel shows no tamper or other alert lights, in fact it looks entirely normal. If I ease one of the sensor covers open the tamper light shows, so it is working OK, also if I force an alarm for any of the door or window sensors the panel shows them accordingly. I have been unable to access the event memory for some reason. I would very much appreciate any suggestions!

Hi Guys; thanks for your suggestion; I had wondered about the battery so I will change it. Any explanation as to why the event memory is seemingly not accessible or would a dud battery account for that as well?

Battery perchance?

will i tell him or will you alarm guy?

Hi Alarm, Both the internal and external bells are sonding when this happens. The external strobe also flashes, in fact it looks exactlay as if the system has been armed and an "event" has occured. I have followed the instructions to try to access the "event" memory, but to no avail.

No logs, no answer.
Please explain "goes off".
