Need Plastic Washer for my tap??

I have kitchen tap with a pull out spray hose, it had started leaking, and I was told I would need a hard plastic 1/2 inch type washer. Is this correct, and where can I buy one please?

Pull out sink tap usually have cartridge single lever type.
either you find cartridge for same mixer or it will be better option to replace it completely
