My washing machine is not working?

The water is not going into the machine, the programme is counting down as if its working, but the drum isn't turning. No error code coming up, all water pipes been checked. It's a Zanussi Jetsystem 1400

check the motor brushes.10mm or less of carbon on the brushes is worn out and needs replacing
