How can I unscrew my duel flush toilet to get into the cistern?
I have an Ideal Standard dual flush toilet, and it is overflowing back into the toilet. I have taken both the plastic dual flushes out, but I can't unscew the shiny peice to get into the cistern. PLEASE HELP
