The machine will not start and displays alarm code AL 7, whay is the problem and how do I fix it?

the Al-7 error code relates to the motor eg jammed or faulty,it could also suggest a fault on the tachometer which sits on the motor ,either open or short circuited out.start by checking the motor can turn freely ,make sure you disconnect from power beforehand .
