We recently had a fire and the people who "cleaned" all of our stuff took it during the time we were out of our house. since then it beeps quite loudly every time it is turned on and the key pad freezes up. This happens no more than 10 seconds after turning it on and pressing the heat button but only after I press one of the heat buttons.
