can,t open door it won,t unlock key only turn one way ?

I canot open my back door the key will turn but only to lock it will not turn to open think its the gear box but need to open door to check and find out make .Any ideas how to take hinges off

101 types of hinge, best try deglazing it, you may get enough movement to shake locks off, unless you can get hinge pins out. but in most cases the door needs to be open to do anything with hinge
