how to set the time on a umbro u263 junior sports watch?

I have a junior sports watch which I have recently changed the battery in. Now I cant remember how to set the time on it. Can anyone help? I have 4 buttons - mode, adj, light and st/stp. I have figured how to reset the seconds hand but not the main time.
