how can i fix my whirlpool sixth sense aqua stream AWO/D A8148 8KG?

my sixth sense whirpool washing machine stops at 12 minutes at the end of a cycle and wont go into a spin it just keeps turning slowly can anyone tell me whats the cause its doing my head in gggggg

Have you selected the correct cycle,

if you can select spin only and it reaches and maintains its rpm,

chances are you haven't ,

its all in the manual.
