how do i remove the stem from an accurist waterproof watch, i've got the back off and the battery out and undone the screw that holds it in but it wont come free, does anyone know how to get it out as i need to refit some digits on the dial as a couple have came off and cant get to the dial till i get it out completely

take the glass out its just a press fit use a rubber suction cup ,why do you take the watch to bits for no reason
