how can i stop my rover 45 heater from braking?

rover 45 heater keeps blowing put new ones in and still keeps blowing up and only working on number 4
please help me

i take it you mean the fuse??there is a resistor bank on or near the heater motor,this has burnt out,and if you just keep replaceing the fuse,you are going to have a fire,find and fix the fault,before you set your car on fire
