I have no hot water or heating?

I have no hot water or heat going to my radiators from my boiler. It is a Swiftflow Glow-worm system. The poilt light is on and the water pressure is fine.

I have had a plumber look at it who says it is something electrical.

Can anyone help?

SWIFTFLOWS HAVE 2 O/HEAT THERMOSTATS, 1 IS INSIDE THE BOILER ON THE HEAT EXCHANGER PIPE, IT NEEDS RESETTING BY PUSHING SPINDLE IN.
