Hi, first time on this site

I am after some help with an E3 fault on my dishwasher, it is around 4 years old and has started giving this fault part way through the cycle, the manual suggests a problem with the heating....I have found a new heater from espares priced at £85!! So just double checking really that this is the issue and not something else that could cause this fault
