No spin?

My zanussi nexus fl884 washing machine has stopped spinning. Had only been spinning if there was a certain amount in it for a while but since has stopped spinning altogether. Draining fine tho. pleases help.

if you take the top off you will see a capacitor.silver tube with 16uF written on it.By changing that it should hopefully make it work again
