how do i get the top lid off a duel flush roca?

my sister does not know how to remove the lid of her roca cistern can you please help

push down on the flush button, and hold it down, now turn the silver ring thats on the body of the lid were the flush button goes down, anticlock wise. it will unscrew and the lid will come off, thats all that hold the lid on.
