I finally got the alarm silenced but the system says "armed" and I need to take it back to "ready" so I can bypass a couple of zones. I don't know the master code (bought this house with the system installed; it's never been monitored in the time we've lived here). What can I do? Details: Ranger American; DSC PC1500
