The model number on the panel is PC1500/50. Then there is another number PC1550.

Problem: I had a power surge and now all of the zone are open the keypad and now the alarm sounds off a few seconds then it repeats it again and again until I unplug the plug.

Is the panel completely fried or is the fuses blown.

If the fuses or blown where can I buy them.

you have an alarm system thats plugs in???is it an bnq special?by that i mean a cheap unit ?if you had a power surge chances are the unit has been blown to bits,along with a few other things in your home
