I have a Roger Black treadmill model AG-10301 (silver medal). It stopped working all of sudden even though it shows it is connected to source of power with all details showing on the Panel. Put it on programme 1 and press Start button, it show speed of 5 without the motor moving. The safety key is there. Please advice on what could be the problem

Drive motor defective or electronics that cause the motor to run defective - but that's just a guess.

You may need a specialist to call.
