ZANUSSI WJS 1265w WONT TAKE IN WATER!!!?

I just did a load of laundry, then loaded it up again and it wont take in water, it will try a little the stop. I just worked and stopped. Can anyone help me? its not wounting down, just stopped tried everything and there are no error codes coming up. Thank Liz
