How can I clear a supervision fault on scantronic i-on16?
2 sensors are reporting a supervision fault and low battery even after replacing the battery, do I need the installation code to clear these fault codes
if you have the engineering manual it will tell you how to reset it back to the factory default obviously cant tell you how to do that on here,but if you do a reset you will need to reprogramme each sensor into the system again

Tried 1234 and what the original installer code from factory 7890 but no luck tried contacting the guy who installed it but no reply, any more ideas?

1234 then press the tick ,if all well the square will turn from red to green

we have used over a hundred of these units the are very good but now are over priced so we dropped them

no its not i take it this is not your system?try key in 1234 if this not work then you could use the engineer code but be aware you must know what you are doing or you will be in a world of pain mate

Gts, how can I find out what the user code is? S that the same as the installer code?

be advised replace all the batteries in all the sensors they went in at same time

you just need your user code the panel monitors all sensors and if it not get a return signal it flashes up it cant talk to the sensors.I.E no supervision to or from the sensors
