How can i reach the fuse of Indesit H561IX Cooker?

Hi there

I have Indesit H561IX Cooker hood which stopped working after switching lights on . Its most likely to be a blown fuse.

However, i am having real difficulty in finding it .
Took of the pcb board thinking it was there. Undo all of the fisable screws that fit it on the wall in an attempt to remove the lower part of the its chimney. Unfortunately the lower part is loose now but cant take it out. It feels if its stuck or if another screw was there behind the motor .

Any help please ?

The suggestion Dvdhsu made was obviously that the installation instructions would suggest how to uninstall the hood.

As for how the thing is wired into the house, you only need to look.

A first port of call would be to check you actually have power at the hood.

Hi , thank you very much for your reoly to my post.

To answer your questions:

I have no idea how is connected to the wiring as i moved to the house and it was there.

Yed i know what pcb look like and fuse too. I have some good knowledge about that .

I dont have the manual unfortunatel, but i looked online for it and found one .However and funny enogh it did nit show any useful info or image related to the fuse ir even wiring.

Other posts suggested that fuse might be located inside the chimney . Removing the chimney dies nit sound easy by the look of it .

Kind regards

How is it connected to the building wiring? A plug &socket? A fused outlet?

Check the fuse in outlet and/or plug

As for demounting it, why not search for the installation manual?

Would you know what a PCB mounting fuse looks like?
