How to fix my Belle/ Honda GXH50 cement mixer petrol leak?

My Belle cement mixer with a Honda,GXH 50 petrol engine and it leaks fuel at the off and on switch for the petrol, the carberator has been replaced and it still does the same,can anyone help please?
