Fisher & Paykel GWL10US not agitating. ?

Fisher & Paykel GWL10US is not agitating during wash or rinse. It spins very slowly and has a low whine sound. The mashine stops during wash and beeps. The hot and cold lights both blink and also the 4th light from the left of the of the washing cycle lights.
If I advance the cycle to the end it will spin and also fills and drains when it is supposed to.
Ideas to fix this?

ok thanks for coming back, the slow agitate would be the machine checking the load to see if it had enough water. Then it decided it needed more so went back to filling mode. If you had put more in manually it would of gone back to agitating again. Replace that water inlet valve and it should fix the problem. It will be a double inlet valve (hot and cold) They are easy to replace.

Thank you for the answer!!! Well you were right it definitely is not filling but when I manually filled it, it would agitate very slowly like as if it was on delicate (it was on regular) for about 30 seconds and then would start to slowly spin with the soft whine. It’s not a screeching whine more of a hum whine.

It does rotate slowly while filling. It will only agitate after the water reaches the level set. Both hot and cold lights flashing means it has not received enough water in the programmed time. A high pitch noise is also an indication that the water inlet valve is not fully opening. To prove my theory, open the lid while it is filling & rotating. If water is just dribbling in slowly that is a faulty valve. Adding water with a separate hose or by bucket should then make it agitate. If that helps then fit a new inlet valve.
