Inside the panel on the control board. There is a small glass fuse. I can almost guarantee that the fuse will be ok. If it won't power up it is nearly always a bad solder connection on the control board on that model. Someone will need to find the bad solder joint, clean it up and resolder the pins. Not a hard lob if you have a soldering iron & know what to do.
