please can you help!!! Just purchased an old key pad as a replacement. I don't have the old code so how can I re set it to work. it keeps going off and now flashing rt.

Hi Gill,
Have you tried a total power down of the system? Switch off the mains power supply to the main control box, open up the control box and disconnect the back-up batteries within the control box. Wait ten minutes, reconnect the batteries, close up the box and reconnect the mains power. Your old code should work once this is done.
