F&P GWL 10 washer wont spin?

My washer is about 4 years old. It goes through wash cycles except rinse & spin. There's about 1/3 of water left in it, and the bowl/tub does not spin. The lit code is 00100101 [lit colors are green, amber and red (from left to right sequence and excludes unlit ones)]. Please HELP DIAGNOSE this code.

If advanced, it seems to work but no spin and fills more water but not draining water out. Checked the hose for any blockages but none.

This kinda happened just before warranty expired and reason was a safety pin stopped the motor from running. I am guessing same issue, any HELP with opening and clearing? It is a Fisher & Paykel Model GWL10 - ECO SMART.

Usually it turns out to be clogged drain pump because there is
still a hissing sound indicating pump is working but not spinning!

* First and foremost, remove as much water from the machine.
Take out electricity connection.
Pull the machine front & tilt [about 40 degrees] on its back.
** Now take out some more water out from the washer tub.
Keep lots of tissue or couple of medium size towels to absorb
wetness or help clean wet your hands.
The drain pump is located to the front rightside of the tilted
washer. It has a fan that is exposed.
Its removal:
* unplug two electrical connectors and another connector
that slides into a copper flat wire(!?)
* Now first press a plastic tab on the bottom that prevents
it from being turned. Then turn the whole pump unit
counter-clockwise.
After cleaning out dirt, replace it back in the same fashion.

As sometimes the case: If this did not help, call the service.

Hey, you have made right choice with this wonderful machine just like me ;-) !
