radiators wont heat down stairs?

fully pumped system just changed indirect cylinder refilled system cant seem to get all air out of upstairs rads but they are working cant get downstairs heating

If it's not airlocked then it's probably the pump. If pump isn't running the hot water in system will gravitate upstairs and starve the radiators at lower levels.

air lock in pipe work shut all rads upstairs put heating on full that will push air lock out of flow & returns to downstars. remember how many turns to shut each rad so you can set them back & not unbalance system. when flow to downstairs is ok open rads again and turn off system and rebleed.

Have you checked pump is working? and are electronic valves are open.
