my hotpoint aquarius dwf33 is blocked it does not seem to be able to be unblocked there is nothing in the outlet hole, but the water remains stagnent in the bottom of the machine

Take off the left hand side pannel. at the bottom you will see a red arm. lift it up and this will bring the pump in and empty the machine.
