Cleaning, and tuneing a carb is not for a novice(no ofense intended)I've been doing that since I was 21.I'm now 36.You should take a small engine repair training course. It will give you hands on training on such things.Or if your already mechanicaly inclind, buy a Haynes,Chiltons repair manual, and take your time. The cleaning is not that hard. The tuneing is,and very crittical .That is the best advice that I can give to you.If you want to learn you can!!!BE patiant, and you'll learn.Good luck
