my washing machine smells stale and i would like to clean the filter but cannot locate it. it is a zanussi aquarius 1100 washer dryer.any ideas?

i dont think your machine is a zanussi if it was the fillter would be on the front bottom right, hotpoint made the aquarius 1100 and the fillter is in the sump hose thats the black pipe under the machine with plastic cap on bottom but the smell is prob
old lint in the condensor this must be removed and cleaned not a diy job
