brake calipers rub inside wheel?

I tried to change my brake pads on my 1994 ford mondeo when I finished i put the wheel back on and now it will not turn because outboard side of brake caliper is touching wheel. How do I fix this

you have not put the fixing pins back in the correct place suggest you obtain haynes workshop manual possibly from your local library or halfords simple job

are you sure it is a genuine wheel for your model, and not for earlier or later version. some wheels look the same but "dishing" is slightly different.(this fault would only show up with new pads if so)
