Fix Fault Aquatronic

my triton aquatronic 2 plus is running cold and the red light has gone out

I have a Triton Aquatronic W7000 shower, it works but im curious as to why it leaks from the bottom through a little plastic tube, how do i get it to stop leaking?

shower has been used for 4 years but now has got very noisy but still functions perfectly, any ideas please

The water flow on my aquatronic shower has slowed. I suspect that the heating chamber inside the shower isscaling up with lime scale. how can I de-scale it?
