Fix Fault Dell

Anyone know the maximum capacity hard drive this will take? 20, 40, 80, 120Gb ??? currently has a 6Gb and is fast running out of space, Win Xp Pro, intel P111 800Mhz, 380Mb ram

i bought a new dell pc 755 and tried installing winxp but anytime it gets to the installing the operating system the blue screen appears. can anyone help me or give a suggestion? thanks
