Fix Fault Fagor

I have a faGor LVC-21W! I'm not sure how to read the schematics . Every wire needs replaced in the top part of machine. Can anyone help me trace the wires out and certain circuits please?

it starts up and runs ok then it stops and beeps 6 times which says it is not heating

I believe the weld of the hinge strap has broken and the door is now 'Heavy' when opening.
