Fix Fault Flamerite

Who can repair my flamerite fire model Glazer no light no heat but power seems to be ok plug and fuse checked a few yrs old but hardly used any help appreciated

How can I access the bulbs in my Flamerite electric fire 'Cascade' model, I have taken out coals but cannot find any screws where the orange plastic is.
