Fix Fault Proaction

My cleaner is a ProAction floor care 406/0716(D) I have lost the instructions I cannot get the lid off so therefore cannot fill it with water Can you help?

my hand held proaction steamer gets hot but wont work why 1200 watt model

I have a hand held steamer and I can't get the lid off to pour in the water it just twists - can anybody help?

my proaction hand held steamer will not work , it lights up ok but no steam? how do I go about to repair it.
