Fix Fault Russell Hobbs

How can I mend the arm of my Russell Hobbs Stand Mixer which is stuck in the air? The model number is 23480

I have a Russell Hobbs Desire Matte Black jug blender RHBL5LK that arrived new missing a little rubber foot :(. Any chance you have a replacement.

I have managed to unscrew all the screws. The motor compartment is movable however the rubber wheel that turns the blender is stopping me to take the motor out.

how do I remove the blade

I have a Russell Hobbs 18087 Blender, this has been working fine, today it is totally unresponsive, the switch with three options works on none of the positions. The motor appears to be OK. Any ideas?
