how can i fix my sony cybershot camera?

when i turn the camera on the lense keeps moving in and out. because of this it keeps telling me to turn it off so i cant use it.

i have a sony cyber- shot dsc-w70 ?

When i switch it on access comes up on the lcd screen the zoom go's in out stops then on lcd screen turn the power off and on again but still doing it please help.
